- Detailed oriented and have strong documentation skills.
- Handle a fast paced environment under pressure with deadlines.
- Must be able to adapt and support new emerging technologies
- 3 years of Systems/Sever Administration experience
- Windows Server 2012-2019 Administration experience
- Experience with Hyper-V and Virtualization
- Experience with Virtualization backups
- Networking background preferred
- Scripting experience preferred (powershell and command prompt)
- Experience with Active Directory
- Position responsibilities include installation, upgrade and support of network hardware, servers, workstations as well as related hardware/software for our customers. Candidates will be required to own, remedy and close our Clients technology issues and service requests. Perform onsite and remote phone support, research solutions to close outstanding service requests.
Skillset should include:
- Strong knowledge of virtualization – HyperV preferred – VMWare helpful
- Backup solutions, Firewall implementations, Virus Protection deployments and support; Experience administering, installing and maintaining Microsoft Operating Systems, E-mail support and solutions Outlook and Office 365, Microsoft Office suite or products;
- Requires degree or certs in business or technology-related field
Must pass background check and drug screening.
